She is a Movement Specialist, Teaching Artist, Actor, Writer, and Director. She is a member of Actor’s Equity and SAG/AFTRA. She strives to create a collaborative atmosphere. She has served as the Intimacy Coordinator for The Standard Theatre Company. A theatre company that has produced original plays since 2010. They have workshopped and premiered the award – winning plays: Good Grief by Ngozi Anyanwu which won the Humanitas Award and Detroit 67 written by 2019 Macarthur Genius Grant recipient Dominique Morisseau. She also works at the The Foundry Theatre in Wilton Manors, Fort Lauderdale and with the Creative Shelter in Miami. She is the On-site Intimacy Coordinator Advisor/Instructor at New York Film Academy, Los Angeles campus, a film and acting school based in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, and across the world. Nedra has an MFA in Performance from Pennsylvania State University and has trained 16 hours with Theatre Intimacy Education in Best Practices and in De-escalating Conflict with Intimacy Coordinator Alliance Los Angeles.
